It’s easy to reset your Pupil Asset password from the Login screen. Firstly – click Lost your password?
You will then be asked to enter your username.
If your details are found by the system – you will receive a message informing you that a password reset email has been sent to the email address you have registered on Pupil Asset (there may be a problem if your email address has not been completed in your Pupil Asset record in which case you will need to see your Access Admin in school).
NB: Please note for the sake of security that this will not work on shared email addresses so you will have needed to provide us with your own address to use this feature.
If you then check your email inbox, you should have received an email that looks like this from Pupil Asset.
Click the Change Password link.
You will then be directed to the login screen to choose a new password. Remember to confirm the password correctly on the front screen and ensure the password meets our security requirements (see ‘How to manage passwords‘).
Once you are happy, press Change Password to update it, and you will be redirected to log into Pupil Asset.
