Why do you offer a quarterly rolling contract – it sounds too good to be true?
We strongly disagree with the current approach to MIS products today, so we want to offer an alternative. We believe that if customers love the product, it fits their needs, and is reliable, then why should schools be tied into lengthy contracts with limited ability to recoup costs?
As a result, we’re offering all schools the flexibility to exit their contract every 90 days.
MIS should be simple – and we want to make it that way.
How do I switch; how long will it take and who will help me?
If you would like to switch from your current MIS supplier, the good news is it’s easy. We don’t require any other systems to switch alongside your main database. We’ll work with you to simply create a back-up of your current database, and securely move this database into our system in a completely compliant way.
Your pupil, teaching, attainment, behaviour and contacts data will all move across. Including specific notes about pupils, year groups and anything else.
To support you, you’ll have one of our fantastic team with you along the way. It’ll be the same person, which means they’ll get to know you, your system and how you would like your Juniper MIS to look.
How often will you update your MIS?
Our MIS is brand new to UK schools and is regularly updated with new features.
Can I speak to a human if I have a problem or question?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll have a direct email address for your dedicated account manager.
